Swizz Beatz, husband of Alicia Keys, has responded to speculation surrounding his wife’s relationship with Usher following their performance at the 2024 Super Bowl halftime show.

In an Instagram post on Monday, February 12, Swizz Beatz dismissed the online chatter, redirecting the focus to the remarkable performance and Keys’ stunning dress. He praised both Keys and Usher for their outstanding performance, emphasizing positivity and celebration rather than negativity.

Despite social media speculation about the closeness between Keys and Usher during the performance, Swizz Beatz showed unwavering support for both artists. He congratulated Usher and expressed love for Keys, emphasizing their shared history and the enduring impact of their collaboration.

Swizz Beatz also used the opportunity to promote his and Keys’ art exhibit, Giants, currently on display at the Brooklyn Museum, highlighting their creative achievements beyond music.

During the halftime show, Usher invited Keys to join him on stage, where they performed a rendition of her song “If I Ain’t Got You” followed by their duet “My Boo.” The intimate nature of their performance sparked speculation and commentary on social media, with some questioning how Swizz Beatz would react.

Despite the public scrutiny, Keys and Usher’s relationship remains professional and friendly. They collaborated on “My Boo” in 2004 but have never been romantically involved. Keys has been married to Swizz Beatz since 2010, and together they have a blended family, including Beatz’s son from a previous relationship and their two sons.

Throughout Keys’ career, Swizz Beatz has been a supportive partner, celebrating her achievements and standing by her side.
