Salma Hayek and her stepdaughter Mathilde Pinault made a radiant entrance at the 60th annual Venice Biennale gala dinner held at Fondazione Cini, Isola Di San Giorgio in Italy on Wednesday, April 17.

The renowned event, celebrating various forms of art including architecture, film, dance, music, and theater, provided the perfect backdrop for the duo to showcase their glamorous ensembles.

Hayek, 57, looked stunning in a bright blue fitted gown featuring a plunging sweetheart neckline and a fringe hem. She paired the floor-length dress with towering black platform heels, adding a touch of shimmer with teal eyeshadow and rosy cheeks. Her brunette locks cascaded down in loose curls, completing her elegant look.

In contrast, Mathilde, 23, exuded elegance in a silver metallic dress adorned with intricate tassels throughout. She accessorized with pearl-drop earrings and styled her hair in a chic updo, adding to her overall radiant appearance.

The mother-and-stepdaughter duo posed for photos together and with Hayek’s husband, François-Henri Pinault, who looked dapper in a classic black suit.

François-Henri, the CEO of Kering, shares Mathilde with his former wife, Dorothée Lepère, and has two other children from previous relationships. He and Hayek tied the knot in February 2009 and share a daughter, Valentina, born in 2007.

Despite facing speculation about their relationship in the past, Hayek has spoken openly about her love for François-Henri, emphasizing the depth of their bond and dismissing rumors of an “arranged marriage.” She credits him with helping her grow as a person and describes their enduring love as a testament to their strong connection.

In their sequined ensembles, Salma Hayek and Mathilde Pinault truly embodied elegance and sophistication at the prestigious art gala, captivating onlookers with their timeless beauty and grace.
