Emma Watson, known for her iconic portrayal of Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series, made a rare public appearance during Milan Fashion Week, where her street style ensemble evoked nostalgia for her beloved character.

In a nod to Hermione’s casual attire in the third film, “Prisoner of Azkaban,” Watson donned a modern interpretation of the character’s signature look. She wore an aubergine-colored cashmere sweater, navy blue suede Adidas Gazelles, a camel trench coat, and loose-fitting indigo denim, reminiscent of the periwinkle pink hoodie and jeans worn by Hermione in the film.

This convergence of Watson’s real-life persona and her fictional character’s style echoes the synergy between academia and London tailoring that has always underscored Watson’s fashion choices.

Earlier in the week, Watson showcased another chic ensemble, epitomizing the “Quiet Luxury” trend with bourgeois staples like a blue-and-white striped button-down, a sand crewneck sweater, and a latte-colored wool coat.

With these back-to-back fashion displays, Watson not only captivated audiences with her style but also reignited fascination with Hermione Granger’s iconic wardrobe, hinting at what her character’s ‘Ministry of Magic’ workwear could have been.
